RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:       

Currently, Krishna Kids does not process any returns, refunds, replacements or cancellation requests. 

MISSED, DAMAGED PACKAGE POLICY:

Krishna Kids makes sure that the products are securely packed and the contents are in perfect condition at the time of dispatch. We use trusted shipping services for delivering our products. However, Krishna Kids cannot control how the package is handled or delivered as the safety of the product is solely the responsibility of the shipping service provider.

Krishna Kids is not liable for any refunds or replacements in case of any damage during transit because of mishandling, or if the package goes missing.
